Underhill, Llangennith, Gower

Underhill is a modern detached home set in the village of Llangennith and comprises of a large kitchen-diner, lounge, two double bedrooms (1 of which is en-suite), two twin bedrooms, a family bathroom and a downstairs wc.

The kitchen/diner is fully equipped with an electric cooker, grill and hob, washing machine, microwave, fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster and coffee machine.

There is a large lounge with an open fire, sofa, chairs, a tv, video and hi-fi. Patio doors lead onto the garden where there is a brick built barbeque and patio furniture.

The family bathroom is complete with a bath with overhead shower that runs from the boiler, wc and hand basin. The en-suite has a bath, wc and hand basin.

Each of the bedrooms has plenty of storage space.

There is central heating throughout the property and bed linen is provided. A garage adjoins the property and can be used for storage of surf boards or bicycles. A baby's cot and stair gate are also available on request.

Llangennith is the ideal location from which you can explore the picturesque surrounding countryside and beautiful beaches, especially the 4 mile stretch of Rhossili Bay and Llangennith beach, (recognised as one of the premier surf beaches in the UK) both of which are 10 minutes from the house.
