Sanctuary Cottage, Reynoldston, Gower

Sanctuary Cottage is a very spacious 250 year old cottage set in the heart of South Gower, providing easy and convenient access to the sandy beaches, golf courses and outstanding local scenery.

The light and comfortable sitting room has a feature wood burning stove, although there is full central heating throughout the property, a three-piece suite, a TV and DVD player.

The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with an electric cooker, grill and hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. The adjoining dining room seats six.

The large utility room has a hand basin, a washing machine and drying facilities and could also store bicycles or surf boards. There is a separate downstairs wc,

Upstairs in the large family bathroom there is a bath with overhead shower that is powered from the boiler, a wc, wash basin and electric shaver point.

There are three bedrooms; one room with a super king bed which can alternatively be made into twin beds, one twin room and a bunk room with full size bunk beds. Bed linen is provided and there is plenty of storage space for clothes.

A private garden is to the rear of the property and has a BBQ and garden furniture. This leads onto a small paddock where children can play football etc.

The nearest place to eat is the locally renowned King Arthur Hotel which is located on the adjoining village green. The village post office which sells basic provisions is within walking distance. You can undertake several walks from the property including on Cefn Bryn. The beaches of Oxwich, Port Eynon and Rhossili are within a 10-15 minute drive.
