Middleton Hall is an extremely spacious, South facing property situated on a working farm. The ground floor comprises of a large, fully fitted kitchen-diner, lounge, pantry, cloakroom and hallway. The upper floor has three bedrooms (1 en-suite) and a bathroom.

The kitchen is what you would expect in a working farmhouse and includes a long table, six chairs, a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, electric cooker, oil fired Aga, a fridge/freezer, kettle and toaster.

A walk-in pantry runs off from the kitchen and contains pans and cooking utensils. Crockery & cutlery are also provided.

Conveniently, there is a downstairs cloakroom with toilet and hand basin.

The large hallway contains a piano and Grandfather Clock and leads to the lounge and has stairs leading to the upper floor.

The lounge has two settees and a chair, occasional furniture, a tv, video and even *Sky TV*! There is an electric fire and a log-burning stove (please order logs at the time of booking, if you intend to use the stove).

The first floor hosts the bathroom, complete with bath, shower attachment, wc and hand basin.

There are also three bedrooms on this floor. One twin room, one double room and one master room (en-suite) that has both a double and a single bed. There is plenty of drawer and hanging space in all of the rooms, some having walk in wardrobes. All bed linen and bath and hand towels are provided.

There is oil central heating throughout. Highchair and cot available if required.

Corn Cottage is a newly renovated barn conversion situated within walking distance to Rhossili beach, Fall bay and Mewslade bay.

The barn has under floor heating throughout from a ground source heat pump and solar panels provide the hot water.

The kitchen/diner had a fully fitted kitchen with table and six chairs. The electrical appliances comprise of a cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster.

The living room has two settees, a coffee table and occasional lamps, a flat screen TV, Sky TV, a DVD player and a CD player. There is a coal effect gas fire.

Corn Cottage sleeps 5 (+1) in two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and the put up bed is also in this room, cleverly disguised as a chest of drawers. There is a wardrobe, chest of drawers with two bedside tables and lamps. There are French doors in this room which look out on to the patio.
The second bedroom has bunk beds and a single bed and a built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside lamps.

The bathroom is complete with bath and overhead shower, WC and hand basin. Bath and hand towels are provided.

The enclosed patio has garden furniture and BBQ supplied. There is also a separate paved area where the washing line is situated.

A high chair and cot are available on request.

There is ample off-road parking for two cars.
