This semi-detached, character property which is set on a working farm, in a quiet location in the outskirts of the village of Reynoldston, sleeps up to 5 people in two bedrooms and has a fully fitted farmhouse kitchen, living room and family bathroom. It benefits from a large garden which is laid to lawn and has a patio area with decking that has fantastic views over the surrounding countryside.

The double bedroom has stone walls and oak floor boards and a king-size wrought iron bed. It is a spacious room, has a wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps and a sofa bed which could accommodate a fifth person. There are floor to ceiling windows in the double bedroom which you should be aware of, if you have small children in your party.

The twin room is a very light an airy room as it gets the sun in the morning. There is minimal hanging space, a chest of drawers and bedside cabinets. All bed linen is provided and a cot is available on request.

The family bathroom has a bath, a separate shower cubicle, WC and hand basin. All towels are provided, but guests should bring their own beach towels. There is also a WC on the ground floor.

The large living room has oak floors, stone walls and exposed beams with French doors leading onto the decking area. There are two settees and a wood burning stove in the ingle nook fireplace. The wood burner provides the main source of heating, but we always have a plentyfull supply of dry logs and central heating is available just to 'top up'. A TV and DVD player are provided for your entertainment.

The farmhouse kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, electric oven and hob, kettle and toaster.

Although pets are welcome by arrangement, no dogs are to be left unattended unless they are in a cage.  All dogs must sleep in the porch area and are to be kept on a lead.  There is a large expanse of common land very close by where they can be exercised.

Hennyswell Farm is within walking distance to the local pub and 5* restaurant and is an ideal base for walking holidays.
