We have made every effort to ensure the cottage becomes a home from home and have provided lots of little extra comforts which we hope you will enjoy.

The property consist of an open plan lounge and dining area, a fully fitted kitchen, downstairs bathroom with shower, one double bedroom and one twin bedded room.

The lounge has a beamed ceiling, original quarry tiled floor, stone features and has a large comfortable corner sofa as well as television with Freeview, DVD Player including a selection of films, mini stereo with a selection of CDs and a number of books and board games for you to enjoy.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need during your stay, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge with icebox, electric hob and oven. We provide initial tea, coffee, sugar, milk and all cleaning products. Tea towels are also provided. There is a door from here direct on to your patio.

The owner is a professional caterer and is available to provide meals on request, also if you wish to order an internet delivery please contact us beforehand and arrange for it to be delivered between 12-4pm on the day of your arrival, we will be there to receive it and ensure it is all packed away for you.

There is also an under stairs cupboard housing an ironing board and iron should you require this during your stay.

The bathroom consists of a new white suite and is fully tiled. There is an electric shower and shaver point. Towels are provided during your stay. (But not beach towels)

Upstairs in the double bedroom all linen is provided, there is a wardrobe with plenty of hanging space and a chest of drawers. There is also a travel cot should you require this.

In the twin room there is a large chest of drawers but limited hanging space, once again all linens are provided.

Outside there is a separate patio area with seating and BBQ with initial fuel provided. The remainder of the ¾ acre garden is shared with the owner and we are more than happy for you to enjoy this by either playing rounders, kicking a ball around and please feel free to let children use any of the equipment provided although please take care when using the climbing frame.

To the front of the property there is room for two cars and the popular King Arthur Hotel can be found opposite, a perfect end to the day!
