edge of the central village of Reynoldston.

and now comprises four bedrooms.
The master bedroom includes an
en-suite bathroom for extra comfort and enjoys beautiful countryside
views. In addition there is a further double bedroom, a twin room
and a fourth room containing a bunk bed. Upstairs there is an additional
family bathroom with separate bath and shower.
Downstairs a third bathroom, with soothing
combi-shower gives that touch of indulgence. The modern kitchen
is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher,
with plenty of storage space for those essential holiday provisions.
A delightfully light and airy, separate dining room has been designed
to easily accommodate eight people and opens out via French windows
onto the terrace.
The homely living room has an open fire ensuring
a warm and cosy atmosphere for those winter breaks. This room also
has a separate television viewing area which can be partitioned off
with folding doors and contains a double settee. A larger party can
also spill out into the spacious south facing conservatory where even
the welsh rain can be enjoyed! After relaxing in the conservatory
– step out onto the terrace for an ‘al fresco’ supper
or just soak up the last of the evening sun.
Cleanliness is a priority. Prices
range from £500-750. Weekly bookings only. Parking for three
cars.
Amenities nearby include the consistently
popular King Arthur Pub; Knelston Garage which has a well stocked
grocery store selling freshly baked bread and pasties and frozen
goods. The village of Reynoldston has a Post Office and the recently
opened ‘Compass Café’ is only a few minutes down
the road.
