|Bryn-y-mor Cottage stands nestled into the hillside
Bay and Llangennith
Burrows. Newly constructed and renovated semi-detached holiday let (right hand side) set in an elevated position with super sea views over Llangennith beach. Llangennith village has a pub serving food and many local attractions, with miles of beautiful walks over the commons and one of the best beaches in Wales. Local castles, farm museums and horse riding are all within a short drive.
Entrance into porch leading to large gallery first floor lounge which has sweeping panoramic views of the Gower coastline.
Lounge features log burning fire (fuelled by gas) solid oak flooring, wall mounted flat screen television with integrated Freeview.
French doors opening out onto patio area with summer house and garden.
Lounge area leading to first floor hallway and three super dormer bedrooms all with sea views, one double with en-suite, one twin and one single. Duvets and bed linen are included.
Bathroom with wash hand basin, toilet, bath and overhead electric shower. Stairway to ground floor.
Dining room seating six and fully fitted kitchen including gas hob, electric oven, washing machine, microwave fridge and freezer.

Directions to Bryn-y-mor
Enter the village of Llangennith and continue straight ahead, past
the Kings Head pub. Turn right at the mini roundabout and follow
the lane to the end of the tarmac. Cross the cattle grid. Bryn-y-mor
Cottage is on the right.
Conditions of Hire
1 . To reserve accommodation please complete a booking form and
return to us with your deposit of 50% of the total holiday cost.
Cheques to be made payable to Mrs A Bevan. This deposit is refundable
only if accommodation is not available. Telephone reservations will
be held for seven days only while awaiting postal deposit.
2. The hirer signing the booking form, certifies that he or she
is authorised to agree the terms and conditions on behalf of all
persons in the party, the signatory being a member of that party
and over 18 years of age. Under no circumstances may occupancy exceed
more than the maximum number of persons, as stated in the brochure.
Mrs Bevan (The Owner) reserves the right to refuse admittance if
this condition is not observed. In addition, reserves the right
to refuse or revoke any bookings from parties that may, in their
opinion (and at their sole discretion), be unsuitable for the property
3. You are advised to insure against cancellation through your own
insurers. Overseas visitors will need to effect insurance cover
in their own country. If you do have to cancel your holiday, please
advise us by Recorded delivery as soon as possible. We will make
every effort to re-let your accommodation, however if this is not
possible, you will be liable for the full amount payable 42 days
prior to the arrival date.
4. The hirer is responsible and is expected to take all reasonable
care of the property. All equipment, utensils, etc. must be left
clean and the property to be left clean and tidy at the end of the
hire period. (Between lettings the cottage is thoroughly serviced
by the owners.)
5. These terms confer upon guests the right to occupy the accommodation
for a holiday within the meaning of section 9 of the Rent Act, 1977.
6. All bookings are from 3pm on the day of arrival and guests must
be clear of the property by 10am on the day of departure. (Please
do not arrive early.) Guests are asked to inform of approximate
arrival time 1 week before holiday let.
7. Whilst every care is taken to insure that our brochure and literature
are accurate, we cannot be held liable for any changes or alterations
that may occur, nor can we be held liable for accidents to guests
or any loss or damage to their property.
