College House, Llangennith, Gower

College House B&B is a spacious Victorian farmhouse on an historic site. This was the "College" for the monks of Llangenydd Priory, believed to have been established in the 6th century by Gower's own St.Cenydd. College House is set in it's own large, peaceful garden, one boundary of which is the south wall of LLangennith Church.
Guest are welcome to sit in the garden to enjoy the views in the peace and quiet.
College House B&B is totally secluded and very peaceful, yet is in the heart of the village, close to PJ's Surf Shop and the good food of the King's Head pub.

All the bedrooms are large, light and comfortable, decorated in a calm, elegant style with antique furniture.
There are beautiful views of the counrtyside from all rooms and one also has a sea view.
Guests can make their own tea,coffee, hot chocolate etc
There is a babies cot and high chair available.

There are two shower rooms so guests sometimes have to share, with one other guest room.

Victoria's breakfast of good quality, local produce will set you up for the day!

Also.....
..well-behaved dogs are welcome, but are barred from the dining room!
..there is a hose and line for wetsuits.
..there is ample parking by the house, which is at the end of a drive, well away from the road.

To get to College House.
When you reach the front of the King's Head pub, in the centre of Llangennith - indicate left and slow right down! Turn left at the bus stop and go down the track.It starts directly opposite the front of the pub. You will pass the surf shop, also on your left and a few more yards further on, the track ends at the green iron gate of College House B&B. Drive down and park by the house.

Charges are £65 per double room and £40 for single occupancy.
